<measures><measure><type>Main</type><parent-measure></parent-measure><title>Cumulative percentage of OCOD &amp; OM supervisors, managers, and Senior Executive Service (SES) who participated in supervisory, management, or SES training year-to-date (1)</title><dictionary>CBER managers are required to assess their supervisory and managerial employees’ individual developmental needs so that those individuals who serve in leadership and management positions are trained to lead and manage their staff more effectively.  CBER uses the Department of Health and Human Services Leadership Competencies to develop supervisors and managers as well as the Federal government's Executive Core Qualifications to develop Senior Executive Service (SES) Leaders and Managers.
