As part of the CDER Office of Management’s (OM) overall effort to establish a labor management council within CDER, OM benchmarked best practices of local labor management cooperative councils and existing FDA labor management councils. Once these efforts were completed, OM established a framework for the CDER/National Treasury Employees Union labor management council. Now that the roadmap for the labor management council has been created, OM will work to establish the council and begin to hold council meetings Main1.
