The program manages veterinary drug shortages by the evaluation of essential animal drug product shortage situations, so that appropriate actions may be taken promptly to ensure product availability. This publically available webpage contains up-to-date information on potential, current, and resolved shortages of animal drugs. It also includes links to information on human drug shortages that may impact veterinary practice. Internally, this key project produced available data, table listing to identify products manufactured in only one manufacturing site, for CVM reviewers to utilize during the determination for the classification of an animal drug product as a MNVP. Finally, the CVM Program Policy and Procedures Manual Guide has been revised and updated to reflect the current process for CVM animal drug shortage management.</accomplishment><free-text></free-text><table><title></title><free-text-table></free-text-table><overall-status><briefing></briefing><prior-briefing></prior-briefing></overall-status><row><type>main</type><milestone-description>1.
