Ensure that the Office of Minority Health meets the requirements set out in the Affordable Care Act Report on FDA's progress implementing Section 10334 of the ACA. FDA’s minority health staff submitted its annual report on minority health and health disparities to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
