    <description>OES is engaged in constructing a reporting and forecasting portal system that will collaborate with Centers, Departments and Programs (COPs) of FDA.  This project will become the pilot for the overall agency-wide effort.       <title>Phase 2: Develop and Implement</title>
<accomplishment>In Phase II OES implemented a process to enter data gathered from Agency records into the Master Agency Reporting System database. OES formulated the database in ACCESS and gathered data from a wide range of records and documents including events, press releases, briefings, projects, monthly/quarterly data outputs, and analyses. The repository of data will be used to produce OES reports for agency-wide usage. 
In Phase III OES will introduce “HOW TOs” using SharePoint Workspaces and ACCESS. Leveraging these applications will allow the Office to work smarter and more efficiently while collaborating on documents in which input from several OES staff is needed.
