Develop an On-boarding Program for CBER
Description: A Presidential Memorandum, Improving the Federal Recruitment and Hiring Process, May 11, 2010, requires that managers and supervisors with responsibility for hiring are “accountable for recruiting and hiring highly qualified employees and supporting their successful transition into Federal service.” Development of this on-boarding program supports the successful transition of new employees into CBER service.
