Modeling Framework to Estimate the Public Health Impact of CTP Activities
Description: Develop modeling framework to use in understanding the impact of certain policy and marketing authorization decisions on population health. Two models are presently in development to address: (1) the relative impact of policies on tobacco-related opinions and behavior over the short-term (such as initiation and cessation rates); and (2) the long-term impact on tobacco use prevalence, morbidity, and mortality in the U.S. Information current as of November 30, 2012
