National Adult Tobacco Survey Implementation
Description: A. Implement the National Adult Tobacco Survey to monitor key tobacco-related indicators in a nationally representative sample of adult respondents. (National Youth Tobacco Survey is in process at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.) Questionnaire items measure: current smoking prevalence and past use of cigarettes; awareness, use and risk perceptions of other tobacco products (such as cigars, e-cigarettes and snus); exposure to marketing and promotion of tobacco products, and knowledge, attitudes and perceptions of tobacco use. Information is current as of October 1, 2012.
