Competency Models Project
Description: Develop Competency Models for MCO - Develop 3 Competency Models to update position descriptions and vacancy announcements as well as to conduct a competency proficiency assessment of the Center's workforce so as to determine any proficiency gaps. This project assures the Center's workforce has the knowledge and skills necessary to operate as a high performing organization.
Accomplishment: CVM's competencies define the knowledge, skills and abilities needed by CVM staff to support the Center's vital human and animal health objectives. CVM has accomplished the following activities as a result of this project:
