Performance Management / FDA-TRACK Initiative
Description: Develop, implement, and execute the agency-wide FDA-TRACK performance management system.
Accomplishment: FDA-TRACK is our Agency's new performance management system and is a federal level adaptation of successful performance management programs from the state and local level. The FDA’s Office of Planning (OPL) organizes and coordinates FDA-TRACK with all of the 114 program offices through key performance measures and projects. Each quarter, the OPL team analyzes the monthly performance data and the program senior managers present this data to the FDA senior leadership. A description of FDA-TRACK and all of our Agency's measures, data and briefing summaries are updated each month on the FDA-TRACK website at http://www.fda.gov/fdatrack.
