Dictionary: As a service to firms that wish to export pharmaceuticals to international markets, the Office of Compliance (OC) may issue a certificate that indicates the firm’s acceptable compliance status to the receiving country. Certificate requests may be approved and issued, returned for additional information, rejected, or withdrawn by the requestor.
