Dictionary: The PMAP is DHHS’s uniform performance management system that identifies both, organizational and individual goals, and objectively evaluates employee performance. OMO is responsible for ensuring that CDRH is compliant with DHHS and FDA PMAP policy, including completing PMAPs for new employees within the established timeframes. Timely establishment of PMAPs ensures new employees and management are aware of the new employees’ responsibilities and performance expectations.
