Total number of Congressional requests received in the month
Dictionary: The Office of the Center Director (OCD) is responsible for answering the Congress’s questions about the work done by CTP. Congressional correspondences include: general information requests, constituent related requests, letters expressing concerns from Congress, questions for the record related to hearings, briefing requests, and document requests. OCD’s goal is to respond to all Congressional and letter correspondence in a timely manner. OCD and the Office of Legislation established a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that outlines targets for responding to Congressional requests and inquiries.
