Dictionary: The CTP Office of the Center Director receives questions and correspondence about CTP policies from all of CTP’s stakeholder groups. The Office of the Center Director’s goal is to respond to all correspondence in a timely manner. These correspondences include: general information requests, requests for technical assistance, review and comment on letters produced by the Office of the Center Director, letters expressing concerns, questions related to hearings, requests for briefings, teleconferences, videos, and documents, information provided by international regulatory counterparts to the FDA, and responses to FDA requests for information from international regulatory counterparts. In the next year, CTP will be establishing targets for response to stakeholder inquiries to ensure timely responses are provided.
