Percent of PMAPs for new CTP employees completed on-time, within 30 days of arrival, in the month
Dictionary: The Performance Management Appraisal Program (PMAP) is the Department of Health and Human Service’s (DHHS) uniform performance management system that identifies both organizational and individual goals, and objectively evaluates employee performance. The Office of Management is responsible for ensuring that CTP completes PMAPs for new employees within the DHHS established time frames. Timely establishment of PMAPs ensures new employees and managers are aware of the new employees’ responsibilities and performance expectations.
