Dictionary: ATR is a reporting tool used to manage CVM’s core business activities. All CVM staff are to report 100% of their time to activities in the system. The system data used by managers and employees enhances strategic and operational planning by providing up-to-date time reporting and cost data; allowing review of the costs of activities and projects; and monitoring progress of work and managing performance. While the target is 95% each quarter, 100% of CVM employee ATR data is expected to be reconciled by the end of the fiscal year.
