Percentage of PMAPs established for new CVM employees completed on-time, within 30 days of arrival, during the month

Dictionary: The PMAP is the DHHS uniform performance management system that identifies both organizational and individual goals, and objectively evaluates employee performance. OM is responsible for ensuring that CVM completes PMAPs for new employees within the DHHS established time frames. Timely establishment of PMAPs ensures new employees and management are aware of the new employees’ responsibilities and performance expectations. (1)
