Dictionary: The concept tracking system is an electronic system that provides more readily available information for review by NCTR scientists. Investigators and Program Support Staff will be required to be trained on this system. This training is a one time training requirement. (1)
This electronic system provides a more efficient and effective review of concept papers by NCTR scientists allowing for a higher quality of concept papers produced.
