Dictionary: The PMAP is the DHHS uniform performance management system that identifies both, organizational and individual goals, and objectively evaluates employee performance. OM is responsible for ensuring that NCTR completes PMAPs for new employees within the DHHS established timeframes.
Timely establishment of PMAPs ensures new employees and management are aware of the new employee's responsibilities and performance expectations.
