Percentage increase of FDA Facebook page likes received during the month

Dictionary: The FDA Facebook and Twitter accounts provide additional mediums to further communicate with the public, primarily consumers. Assessing Facebook page likes, Twitter followers, Consumer Updates shared via Facebook and retweeted via Twitter, will allow OEA's Office of Communications (OC) and Web and Digital Media Staff to gauge how receptive consumers are to the content OEA posts on these accounts. OEA also assesses how engaged FDA is in providing feedback via Facebook. Please note that these measures and data are specific to FDA's Facebook and Twitter accounts and do not include data from other Facebook and Twitter accounts that have been established by other offices in FDA.
