Dictionary: The Regulations Policy & Management Staff (RPMS) and the Regulations Editorial Section (RES) review documents submitted by Centers to be published in the Federal Register (FR). The Federal Register (FR) is the official daily publication for rules, proposed rules and notices of Federal agencies and organizations as well as Executive orders and presidential documents. RPMS and RES work with the Centers to reduce the number of deficiencies identified and number of documents returned thereby improving the quality of the documents, will allow for more accurate and timely publication of documents in the FR.
