Number of current Government Accountability Office (GAO) Studies in progress in the month

Dictionary: In progress GAO Studies refers to the number of current studies that the GAO Team is actively managing. Received GAO Studies refers to the number of new studies that FDA must participate in because GAO issues FDA a notification letter. Closed GAO Studies refers to the number of studies in which FDA participated in that are closed and GAO reports are issued. Dropped GAO Studies refers to the number of studies that may be discontinued because FDA participation is no longer needed. If FDA is not contacted to review a Statement of Facts, FDA will consider it has been dropped from the study.
