Dictionary: To ensure the impact of OWH activities, the Office encourages staff to publish their work in professional journals, submit posters and abstracts and accept speaking engagements. This not only helps to raise the visibility of outreach to partner or potential-partner organizations, but also communicates research findings identified by OWH staff through funded intramural studies. Lastly it allows for measurement of staff contributions towards dissemination of these findings.
