Dictionary: This measure tracks National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) mediations handled by OEEODM with a goal of resolving NTEU Union grievances and increasing employee use of mediation over time. The earlier employment disputes are resolved, the more work productivity will increase and allow the FDA workforce to have a greater impact on public health.
