Dictionary: 29 CFR 1614 sets forth the Federal regulatory standards and timeframes for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Complaint processing in the Federal sector. These measures will ensure that the FDA workforce is afforded an EEO complaint process that is in accordance with Federal standards to ensure fair and efficient processing of these complaints so that FDA employees may focus their energy on the FDA mission of protecting public health.
