Number of incidents involving FDA-regulated products that are coordinated by the Office of the Emergency Operations (OEO) during the month

Dictionary: Office of Crisis Management's Office of Emergency Operations (OEO) is staffed with Emergency Coordinators and serves as the central coordination point for the agency's response to adverse events, illnesses and injuries related to FDA-regulated products, product tampering, and manmade and natural hazards. This measure will track the number of incidents involving FDA-regulated products that are coordinated by OEO during a given month. Incidents that continue to be coordinated from month-to-month will be counted in each respective month along with any new incidents being coordinated.
