Dictionary: The Quality Management System (QMS) is the structure, procedures, and processes needed to implement quality control, quality improvement, and quality assurance within ORA. QMS offers a framework to help the FDA achieve its mission of protecting and promoting public health by assuring the quality of all products produced by the agency. ORA provides training in QMS for employees and managers so that the system can be implemented effectively.
