Number of samples sent to laboratories per month

Dictionary: Sample Feedback Reports are submitted when an ORA laboratory finds that a sample is unsuitable for analysis. Through Sample Feedback Reports we are able to track the amount of samples sent back to investigation branches, the reason the sample is unusable, and the amount of man hours lost by the laboratory.
