Measure was implemented starting January 1, 2010

Dictionary: The number of foreign inspections performed by foreign inspection cadres where one of the following three outcomes occurred: 1. Referred to Center (RTC): the Establishment Inspection Report has been referred to the appropriate Center for a final inspection cadre decision. 2. Blank: the inspection has been completed but the investigator has not yet reported [into the database] what cadre decision will be recommended. 3. Unendorsed Official Action Indicated (OAI): the investigator’s recommendation is that the cadre decision should be OAI but this recommendation has not yet been endorsed (reviewed and approved) by the investigator’s supervisor.
