Dictionary: The number of highest-risk product inspections where one of the following four outcomes occurred. 1. Referred to State for Follow-Up: the findings of the inspection were such that there is no federal jurisdiction over the apparent violation in question or it is determined that State action is the most efficient method of obtaining the establishment’s compliance with Federal laws, regulations or administrative requirements. 2. Referred to Center: the Establishment Inspection Report has been referred to the appropriate Center for a final inspection district decision. 3. Not Yet Completed by Investigator: the inspection has been completed but the investigator has not yet reported [into the database] what district decision will be recommended. 4. Not Yet Endorsed by Investigations: the investigator’s recommendation is that the district decision should be OAI but this recommendation has not yet been endorsed (reviewed and approved) by the investigator’s supervisor
