Labelled tetracycline given in capsule, Sagital whole-body sections cut from different levels, 2 days = negligible absorption, radioactivity limited to gastrointestinal content, 7 days = radiolabeled material distributed througout body highest in: bile, liver, skin, bone, uveal tract, 21 days = bile and mucosal lining high degree of labelling. Skeleton retained label but only trace signal left in liver and kidney. Tetracycline (3H).
