OTC dissolved in agar dosed by gavage under MS222.The mean maximum concentration of OTC in plasma was significantly higher in the group receiveing OTC in agar compared to the OTC dissolved in liposome/alginate dosed by gavage. group. Mean time to reach Cmax was longer in the liposome/alginate group vs the agar group. Max = 1.5 ug/ml at 30 h.. Bioavail 4.2%. AUC = 342 ug h/ml. Cannulated fish.
