Comments:  OTC dissolved in agar dosed by gavage under MS222. The mean maximum concentration of OTC in plasma was significantly higher in the group receiveing OTC in agar compared to the liposome/alginate group. Mean time to reach Cmax was longer in the liposome/alginate group, 136h, vs the agar group, 17.8 h. Max 3.93 ug/ml. Bioav 7.3 %. AUC= 1188 ug h/ml. Cannulated fish.
