The mean maximum concentration of OTC in plasma was significantly higher in the group receiveing OTC in agar compared to the OTC dissolved in liposome/alginate dosed by gavage under MS222. group. Mean time to reach Cmax was longer in the liposome/alginate group, 136h, vs the agar group, 17.8 h. Max 0.97 ug/ml. Bioavail 3.2 %. AUC = 510 ug h/ml. Cannulated fish.
