Comments:
Fish acclimated to 16 ppt seawater within 5d. Cmax= 3.6ug/g, Tmax= 12hrs; 0.92ug/g 18hrs post treatment. During later sampling times (12-168 h) concentrations of florfenicol were ususally higher in freshwater tilapia than in seawater. Florfenicol residues, estimated from graph: 2h= 1 ug/g, 4h= 2.25, 6h= 2, 8h= 3, 10h= 3.5, 12h= 3.75, 18h= 1, 24h= 1, 48h= <0.25.
