Comments:  Salinity 32-35 ppt. Feeding ration was split between two feed periods. First two days, there was an observed decline in the feeding response to the medicated diet which led to a complete rejection of pellets by the end of the second dosing day. A whole freeze-dried Antartic krill product was top-coated onto the medicated feed to improve palatability of the diet. Fish euthanized with anesthetic overdose (150 mg/L) of MS-222. Emamectin B1a residue level 1d post=61 ng/g, 3d post=55 ng/g, 5d post=37 ng/g, 10d post=32 ng/g, 15d post=25 ng/g, 30d post=13 ng/g, 45d post=7 ng/g. Range 1-45 d post: 146 ng/g - 2 ng/g.
