Comments:  The same fish given the IP dose, 20 mg/kg OA were given 10 mg/kg PO after a clearance period of 6 weeks. Fish were cannulated and given an asprin PO after the surgery, then acclimated 3 weeks. Bioavail=25%. AUC=97 ug/h/ml. T1/2=1.6 alpha, 42.2 beta. C max= 2.5 ug/ml at 3.9h.
