Abstract:
This article describes the development and validation of a new high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method to analyze albendazole (ABZ) and its metabolites in muscle tissue of farm-raised Yellow Perch. The new method significantly shortens the analysis time compared to previous studies. All average recoveries for ABZ and its metabolites are within CVM guidelines.
