The components of the FCS mixture will not exceed 220 parts per million (ppm) peroxyacetic acid, 85 ppm hydrogen peroxide, and 11 ppm 1-hydroxyethylidine-1,1-diphosphonic acid; 2) the FCS mixture is limited to contact with processed and pre-formed meat and poultry products as described in 21 CFR 170.3(n)(29) and (34).
