| Limitations/Specifications: |
The food-contact substance will be used at a level not to exceed that needed to provide an equivalent of 500 parts per million (ppm) of available bromine for shell egg washes, and 900 ppm of available bromine in process water for processing fruits and vegetables. When used in water to process fruits and vegetables, treatment shall be followed by a potable water rinse.
