The FCS may represent a maximum of 13.6 percent by weight of the final coating. The polyester and polyester/polyurethane resins and the final coatings will otherwise comply with FDA regulations for their intended use. The FCS may be used in contact with all food types, except infant formula, under Conditions of Use A through H, as described in Tables 1 and 2.
