Use level in rubber modified polystyrene is not to exceed 0.2 weight percent of the rubber modified polystyrene complying with 21 CFR 177.1640. The food contact substance will be used in food containers under Conditions of Use D, E, F, and G as described in Table 2. The food contact substance will be used in containers that contact food types: I, II, IV(B), VI(A,B,C), VII(B), and VIII as listed in Table 1.
