Food Contact Substance:  Methylmethacrylate-trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate copolymers (CAS Reg. No. 28931-67-1).

Intended Use:  The FCS will be used as an antiblocking agent in linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) copolymers intended for food-contact applications.
 
Effective Date:  06/04/2002
 
Limitations/Specifications:  The finished FCS will be used at levels not to exceed 2.0 percent by weight of ethylene copolymers complying with 21 CFR 177.1520(c), items 3.1, 3.2(a), and 3.2(b), and having a density of less than 0.94 g/cm3. The finished copolymers may be used in contact with all types of food as identified in Table 1 under Conditions of Use D through G as described in Table 2.
