For use in titanium dioxide at levels not to exceed 1 percent by weight of titanium dioxide in the paper and paperboard. The FCS will be used in single use food contact items. The FCS will contact all food types, as discussed in Table 1, under Conditions of Use C and G, as described in Table 2.
