The FCS has a weight average molecular weight in the range of 70,000-200,000 Daltons. Finished articles containing the FCS will have a thickness no greater than 3 mil (0.003 inch), and will be used in contact with all food types under Conditions of Use A through H as described in Tables 1 and 2, respectively.
