| Intended Use: |
The FCS is intended for use as (1) a dispersant for fillers (e.g., clay, calcium carbonate, etc.) in the wet-end during the manufacture of paper and paperboard intended for food-contact use, and (2) as an anti-scale additive during the processing /evaporation of raw beet and cane sugar juice.

| Limitations/Specifications: |
(1) The FCS shall be used at levels not to exceed 0.5% by weight of the fiber in the wet-end of manufacture of paper and paperboard. The finished food-contact paper and paperboard containing the FCS are intended to contact all food types, under conditions of use A through H as described in Tables 1 and 2. (2) The concentration of the FCS in the finished sugar(s) shall not exceed 5 parts per million (ppm) by weight.
