| Intended Use: |
To be used in an aqueous dispersion (about 33 percent by weight of the solids content) where the FCS exists as highly crosslinked poly(methyl methacrylate)/l,4-butanediol diacrylate microspheres, which contains fluorescence colorants. The FCS is to be used as a top coat for paper and paperboard to enable the authentication of paper and paperboard products.

| Limitations/Specifications: |
The FCS will be used for paper and paperboard that may contact all food types under Conditions of Use E through G as described in Tables 1 and 2. The paper additive is added in amounts not to exceed 0.9 percent in the final solid coating on paper. The paper and paperboard will be coated with 10 - 15 g/m2 corresponding to 0.64 - 0.967 g/100 in2 of the topcoat.
