| Limitations/Specifications: |
1) The composition of the food-contact substance mixture will not exceed 220 parts per million peroxyacetic acid, 85 parts per million hydrogen peroxide, and 11 parts per million 1-hydroxyethylidine-1,1-diphosphonic acid (HEDP). 2) The solution is limited to contact with processed and pre-formed meat and poultry products as described in 21 CFR 170.3 (n)(29) and (34).
