As the monomeric component of vinyl neodecanoate homopolymers and as the comonomer in copolymers manufactured using the monomers listed under the substance heading entitled "Polymers: Homopolymers and copolymers of the following monomers" in 21 CFR 175.105(c)(5) and 21 CFR 176.180(b)(2). The finished homopolymers and copolymers would be used as components of adhesive formulations complying with 21 CFR 175.105 and as components of coatings of paper and paperboard complying with 21 CFR 176.180.

The finished homopolymers and copolymers would be used as components of adhesive formulations complying with 21 CFR 175.105 in contact with all types of food at temperatures that do not exceed 120°F and as components of coatings of paper and paperboard complying with 21 CFR 176.180 in contact with dry food at temperatures that do not exceed 120°F.
