Comments:  Fish acclimated in seawater 6 months. Serum levels were barely detectable by 144h vs 244 h of the freshwater group. Residues 0.5h=13.8, 3h=8.0, 24h=0.92, 72h=0.62, 144h=0.04ug/ml. No statistical difference from red sea bream held in seawater. Drug given under MS222. Glucuronide metabolites in bile of both salt and freshwater groups.
